Training without pleasure will not last long. The coolest workouts combine physical activity and the joy of fresh experiences.

Finally, the season has begun and you can train outdoor in parks or in picturesque cycling and jogging areas.

To do this, you don’t need so much — get into a car, plane or train and find your way into the place where new impressions and new motivation for your training await you.

Ideally you do it with your friends and than 3-in-1 effect is guaranteed:

New places. For me mountains or hills are what can make cycling really cool. Therefore, I try to choose mountain locations for the best training.

I just adapt my training task to the terrain and do the maximum of the possible in the conditions that I have. That’s okay if this is a training improvisation. But I will get a lot of ​​new sensations.

Friends. A workout done with friends is more than just a workout. It’s almost like a competition. And, as you know, competition is the best workout. In such circumstances, you can even get carried away a little and do more than is written in the task. This is only to the good ))

Progress. The more teammates and training partners you have, the faster your own progress is. Discuss the workout with your friends in advance — many of them will support and will be ready to compete with you. Everyone will benefit from such a competition. You will have great partners and make fast progress. And your friends will have a great training experience.
